Chicago-based CG Life, an integrated marketing and communications agency focused on life science and health care, has acquired The Market Element, a digital marketing agency located in Colorado. The acquisition reflects CG Life’s continued organic and inorganic growth and sets the stage for future strategic partnerships. The companies did not disclose financial terms of the deal.
The Market Element specializes in digital and inbound marketing strategies, including content marketing, SEO, PPC, with an emphasis on marketing automation. Focused on the science and technology industries, the agency partners with organizations of all sizes, delivering sound digital strategies and agile tactical implementation. Chuck Miller, who founded the agency in 2013 on a philosophy of connecting marketing directly to the sales function, will continue to serve as president of The Market Element, now a CG Life company.
