Mac Tisdale
President, Mid-Atlantic Region
FNB Corporation

Mac Tisdale is President, Mid-Atlantic Region for First National Bank. With strong and relevant experience, Mac joined First National Bank in January 2013 as President of the Bank’s Maryland Region. In addition to coordinating Corporate and Business Banking and the overall business strategy in the Bank’s Mid-Atlantic Region, Tisdale manages the integration of sales by Retail Banking, Investment Real Estate, Asset Based Lending, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment and Insurance professionals.

Prior to joining First National Bank, Tisdale served for 12 years with SunTrust Bank in Baltimore, Maryland, as Market President and Commercial Banking Manager.

Tisdale earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Maryland’s Johns Hopkins University, as well as a B.A. in Economics from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. Currently, he serves as a member of the board of directors for the Greater Washington Board of Trade, the executive committee of the Greater Baltimore Committee, Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, Living Calssrooms and Junior Achievement. He is also Chairman of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Maryland Chapter. In addition, he is also the past president of both the Maryland Chapter of Association for Corporate Growth and Washington and Lee University’s Alumni Association, Baltimore Chapter.

Ahmed El Nokali
Head of Capital Markets / Chief Economist
First National Bank

Ahmed El Nokali is the Head of Capital Markets at First National Bank (FNB). In his role, Ahmed is responsible for overseeing FNB’s syndication teams as well for providing high-end financial services consultation for institutional clients and prospects to develop interest rate hedging solutions tailored to their unique organizational needs.

Prior to joining FNB, Ahmed was a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) where he spent several years running the FICC Corporate Team based in Dubai with responsibilities covering the Middle East and African markets. Previous to his work with BAML, Ahmed worked for both Nomura and Deutsche Bank in London where he advised corporate clients on interest rate, foreign exchange and commodity risks.

Ahmed earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Princeton University and received an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. Ahmed currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Princeton Alumni Association of Western Pennsylvania.

 

Richard McGee, Jr.
President & CEO
Abacus Corporation

Richard McGee, Jr. was raised in the family business. As a teenager his father put him to work in the supply warehouse and on floor crews. He has truly learned Abacus from the ground up.

Richard is a 1983 alumni of McDonogh School and later graduated from Auburn University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.

Upon graduation from Auburn he began full-time with Abacus as an Account Executive. In 1993 Richard was named Executive Vice President and was responsible for Security Operations among other responsibilities. He has stayed active in Security and Loss Prevention and is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).

In 2005 he was named President of Abacus and is actively involved with all areas of the business with a special emphasis in client relations and development as well as finance and insurance and sits on the Board of Directors.

 

Philip Tulkoff
President
Tulkoff Food Products, Inc.

Philip Tulkoff is the third-generation president of Tulkoff Food Products. Tulkoff is a manufacturer of condiments, sauces and dressings for the food service and copack markets. With factories in Baltimore and Cincinnati, the company sells in all 50 states and makes products for several multinational firms.
