Kurt is the CEO of Forj, which has developed a virtual event platform that enables exhibitors to share product demos, videos, and downloadable content. Kurt is a highly regarded SaaS CEO with a track record for building high-growth, innovative companies and technologies to meet the ever-changing needs in the world of work. He was previously the CEO at Modern Hire and Montage, and served in executive leadership roles at PeopleSoft, Metavante and Evolve Software. 

Kurt has overseen M&A initiatives at several companies, including those which have supported global expansion. Kurt has taken companies from start-up to more than $100 million in sales and grown other businesses from $50 million to more than $1 billion, while experiencing several exits from those he’s grown.
