Serving as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking, Margaret Capper leads North Shore Bank’s efforts to provide customized solutions for middle market and small businesses in Eastern Wisconsin. With an emphasis on developing strong relationships, Capper works closely with owners and key managers of businesses to assist with their financial needs. Serving business clients for over 25 years, Capper brings valuable knowledge of day-to-day banking needs, cash flow strategies, and merger and acquisition funding. In recognition for her work at North Shore Bank and commitment to the community, Capper was named a 2020 Biz Times Notable Commercial Banking Leader and a 2023 Milwaukee Business Journal Woman of Influence. Capper is a servant leader and an advocate for educating new business owners who has facilitated financial literacy outreach with community groups including WWBIC and the Latino Chamber of Commerce. She also has a strong background in nonprofit and sits on various boards supporting the community.

With more than 35 years of experience as a commercial banking professional, Mike Cornell excels at developing relationships with middle market businesses to help them succeed along with assisting companies to successfully complete business acquisitions with created financing. His vast experience, proven success within the industry, and robust leadership capabilities make him an integral member of the North Shore Bank Commercial Banking team. Cornell received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota.

Beyond his professional achievements, Paul treasures time spent with his family, including wife Natalia and their three children. Their cherished retreat to their cabin in Star Lake reflects Paul's commitment to maintaining balance and upholding family values.

Driven by a spirit of philanthropy, Paul has served on the boards of multiple non-profit organizations, exemplifying his dedication to giving back to the community. Initiatives like The Camp Bar Golf Outing underscore his dedication to giving back and making a positive impact locally.
