Brian Marynowitz

Brian Marynowitz, CPA, is a Shareholder in the LBMC Transaction Advisory Services practice. He specializes in providing financial due diligence services for both strategic and financial buyers across a broad range of industries.

Brian has advised on the buy-side and sell-side of transactions ranging in value from several million dollars to over $4 billion dollars, including public company and cross-border transactions. Brian’s experience includes transactions within the healthcare, consumer and industrial products, transportation and logistics, technology, food and beverage, aerospace and defense, and sports and entertainment industries.

Brian’s vast range of transaction experience allows him to quickly adapt to client needs and identify key deal issues across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining LBMC, Brian was a Transaction Services Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he began his career. Brian spent a total of eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, six of which were fully dedicated to Transaction Services.

Tyson Bickley counsels private equity firms and strategic partners in healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, business services, technology and other industries in a wide range of mergers, acquisitions, strategic corporate transactions and alternative business arrangements. Mr. Bickley's transactional experience includes the representation of publicly traded companies as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies in complex mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and dispositions. Mr. Bickley also assists a variety of investors in growth equity and alternative investments in new and emerging companies.

Tucker Cowden

Tucker Cowden is a Vice President at LFM Capital, a Nashville-based lower middle market private equity firm investing in the North American manufacturing sector. Tucker has been at LFM since October 2018. His role encompasses deal execution as well as portfolio company value creation, and he currently sits on the board of four LFM platforms. Prior to LFM, he began his career in the M&A group at Jefferies in New York, advising on transactions in the industrial and consumer end markets.

A Nashville area native, Tucker lives in the Melrose neighborhood with his wife Abbie. Tucker received a BSBA in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University.

Hunter Rost is the SVP and General Counsel at Resource Label Group. RLG is a custom pressure sensitive label, shrink sleeve and RFID/NFC manufacturer for the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical device, nutraceutical, cannabis and consumer products industries, employing over 1600 people in North America. Previously, he was a partner with Waller in Nashville, where he specialized in mergers & acquisitions, debt/equity financings and cross border transactions, working with clients in the private equity, life sciences and tech manufacturing industries.
