Born and raised in Nashville, TN, Andy has been in the insurance industry since 2017 and is responsible for Property & Casualty Due Diligence and Advisory Work. His experience includes helping businesses identify and mitigate specific exposures, improve existing policies and procedures, and work to reduce their total cost of risk. Clients and areas of expertise include businesses in Private Equity, Healthcare, Real Estate, and Manufacturing. Additionally, Andy specializes in supporting his clients by leveraging HUB’s Group Benefits Department and Private Client Unit. He holds a degree in Risk & Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia and is both a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) and a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).

 

Andy attended the University of Georgia and received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Risk Management & Insurance. He was a member of the UGA Insurance Society, as well as the UGA Professional Entertainment & Sports Association. Currently, he is involved with the Montgomery Bell Academy Young Alumni Board as well as the Nashville Downtown Partnership

Tyler Augusty

Tyler serves as the Director of Investments for RCP. His primary responsibilities include deal sourcing/execution, portfolio management, fundraising and investor reporting. Prior to joining Resolute Capital Partners in 2016, Tyler was the Director of the Council & Enhanced Tennessee Fund, Council Capital’s TNInvestco investment vehicle. He previously worked as an Associate at Harbert Mezzanine Partners, where he executed lower middle market mezzanine debt and equity transactions. Additionally, he served in various roles with the Morgan Keegan Investment Banking Group.

 

Jason Denenberg
Managing Director

For over fifteen years, Jason’s work has spanned across the investment sector, with a significant focus in the private equity and venture capital space. Because of his multifaceted background as both an investor and operator, Jason excels at both tactical and creative solutions for M&A and financing transactions. Jason is passionate about providing investment banking and capital markets services for businesses of all sizes, from early & growth-stage ventures, to larger companies in industries such as technology (SaaS), manufacturing, retail, as well as others.

Prior to joining Wavecrest, Jason was CIO at Sable Investments (a single-family office) and was responsible for building, deploying, and managing the firm’s private investment strategy, which included both debt and equity financing. Additionally, he provided guidance on public market investment holdings and deployed tax and structural tactics to maximize total portfolio return.

Before Sable, Jason gained deep operational experience as the Founder/CEO of NourishWise, a SaaS startup in the corporate wellness space. Jason started his career in the investment sector, working in public markets at Smith Barney, and later focused on the private capital market as a Partner at Angel Capital Group.

Jason holds a BS in Economics from Middle Tennessee State University and resides in Nashville, TN.

 

Nick Fedorchak

Mr. Fedorchak has extensive experience across finance & accounting, corporate strategy, and operations. Nick is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of success in private equity, consulting, and various industry positions. Nick is adept at leveraging data-driven analytics to deliver transformational change that leads to sustainable growth and success.

Before joining Palm Tree, Mr. Fedorchak gained significant experience in industrial manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, and eCommerce.  Most recently, Nick was the Chief Strategy Officer at an upper-middle market, private equity-back company. He supported all operational aspects of the organization, corporate and business development activities, strategic planning, and budget development initiatives, managed the corporate cost structure, negotiated company contracts, and executed the business roadmap.

Mr. Fedorchak received an MBA from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University and a BS in Finance from Oakland University.
