Align Capital Partners’ platform company, Alliance Source Testing LLC, has acquired Air Pollution Testing Inc., it’s third add-on. APT, which provides source emission testing, and oil and gas laboratory services to customers in the western U.S., is the next step in Alliance’s plan to build a national stack testing platform. This puts Alliance in two new markets in the west, while bolstering its current team in Utah. Together, Alliance and APT have 10 offices across Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Pennsylvania, Texas and Utah. Following the integration of APT, Align will continue to seek add-on targets for its growing Alliance platform, which was first acquired in October 2016.
