Bainbridge’s Marketplace at Four Corners has been sold for $55.7 million to New York-based Marketplace Associates LLC.
The 665,722-square-foot property was reportedly near full occupancy at the time of the deal.
National retailers, including Walmart, Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods and HomeGoods, anchor the center. Walmart reportedly is on an existing ground-lease and the next two largest tenants both renewed their leases the past year.
