Foundation Investment Partners has acquired the assets of Discount Drainage Supplies. Discount Drainage is a provider of drainage and construction products with three locations in Ohio. FIP is a private equity firm based in Chagrin Falls that’s focused on acquiring niche manufacturers, high value added distributors, outsourced business service providers and targeted software developers. "We will continue the world-class standards of Discount Drainage, providing additional tactical support, strategic guidance and financial resources," FIP Managing Partner David Wood said in a statement.
