Predictive Service LLC has acquired Diamond Technical Surveys, which will now be known as DTS Infrared, a Predictive Service Co. “DTS's wide-ranging infrared inspection capabilities complement our existing electrical and mechanical infrared inspection services,” Predictive CEO Donald Frankel said in a statement. “DTS, now a part of Predictive Service, will be able to offer its clients a full array of EAM consulting services and our complete PdM service offering.” The acquisition was official on Aug. 1.
