The second phase of Marketplace at Four Corners in Bainbridge has been sold for $15.8 million.
The once-empty 116,400-square-foot shopping center owned by Boca Raton, Fla.-based Pebb Enterprises since 2013, was purchased by Santa Ana, Calif.-based real estate investor RE Ohio Family LLC.
RE Ohio is getting a fully leased shopping center with anchors that include Old Navy and Stein Mart. Early last month, the 665,722-square-foot portion of Marketplace at Four Corners was sold to New York-based Marketplace Associates LLC for $55.7 million.
