Stark Enterprises is making a play in Arizona with the purchase of a 284,000-square-foot retail center in Goodyear. The Market at Estrella Falls is anchored by several national brands, including T.J. Maxx, Home Goods, Old Navy, C-A-L Ranch and Petco, as well as a Chase bank and Oregano’s Pizza. Future development plans are currently in the works to expand the already developed 25 acres of property with another 10 acres of super prime property in front of the existing power center. Stark would like to create 70,000 square feet of additional dining, retail and entertainment options, similar to the company’s Crocker Park in Westlake. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Goodyear is ranked among the fastest-growing cities in the country. “With the growth of Goodyear, The Market at Estrella Falls is a welcome addition to our portfolio,” Stark Enterprises COO Ezra Stark said. “We are excited to be in the Arizona market and begin future development to further enhance this first-class center moving forward.”
