Gold Session A

Post-Acquisition Integration & The Role of CFO

Presented By: Truist Bank / RSM US LLP

When you’re buying companies, the deal doesn’t end the day it closes. Rather, that’s when the hard work of achieving an ROI begins. Join a panel of experts and executives as they explore one of the most important—yet least understood—elements of any buy-side transaction: post-acquisition integration and how owners, presidents, and CEOs should approach the CFO role in making sure the deal pays off.

Moderator:

Jeff Rolland
Director, Management Consulting
RSM US LLP

Jeff works with all of RSM’s functional service areas—Consulting, Tax and Audit—to align the correct resources to best fit the needs of the private equity firm and their portfolio companies to impact value creation.

Jeff has over 20 years of experience working with large technology firms such as SAP, Microsoft and Oracle. Before joining the National Private Equity practice at RSM, Jeff most recently worked with private equity firms at SAP to best align the product offering to needs of a portfolio company, usually in a carve-out situation, with a concentration on improving EBITDA.

Jeff’s focus is on the middle and large enterprise market ($50M - $5B) and understands the diverse needs of this space across a wide industry landscape.
