In 1980, at the age of 27,  Lee Gibson and a partner purchased a small construction equipment distributorship in Eastlake, Ohio and grew the business over the next two decades. In 2003, Lee and his wife Larysa founded Gibson Machinery LLC, a distributor of construction, paving, demolition, and material handling equipment to a diverse base of customers across Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and adjacent states. Gibson was also an exclusive dealer for five leading OEMs; including Doosan, Sennebogen, Genesis, Dynapac, and Indeco. As the company grew, Lee and Larysa brought their daughters, Meredith and Lauren into the business, where they held management positions. Lee and his family sold the company to Alta Equipment, a NYSE company,  in September 2021.

Kevin serves is the Chief Financial Officer at Vytalize Health. Previously, he was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and Bank of America focused on healthcare services for over 20 years where he completed over $100 billion of Mergers, Acquisitions and Financings and, more recently was CEO of Ceras Health, a leading provider of RPM products and services. Kevin holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from M.I.T.
