Vince Nardy

Vince has been a partner at Rockwood Equity Partners since 2011 with primary roles of assisting CEOs of Rockwood’s portfolio companies and expanding the Rockwood Business System. On behalf of Rockwood, he has held interim CEO positions with AFC Industries and AMACS and Chairman and board positions with Altimate Medical, Syneo, Superior Office Systems, AMACS, AFC Industries and Dynamic Dock Door.

Prior to Rockwood, Vince was chief executive officer for HDT Global (f/k/a Hunter Defense Technologies) from 2001 to 2011. He was responsible for leading and establishing the company’s strategic direction and corporate growth objectives. Under his leadership, HDT expanded its role as small supplier of heating, chemical-biological filters and filtration systems to a leader servicing all of the United States Military and the Department of Homeland Security. Additionally, he spearheaded the company’s acquisition strategy by driving the efforts to acquire Base-X, Power Systems International, New World Associates, Vertigo Inc., Airborne Systems and Nordic Air – all of which have been instrumental in furthering the company’s strategic expansion of capabilities and solutions provided to customers. As CEO, he grew the company from $16 million to over $500 million in sales. Vince’s previous experience includes leadership positions with Scott Fetzer Company, Avery Dennison, WLS Stamping and Ivex Packaging.
