Randy has over 30 years of experience in the chemicals industry serving as the President and CEO of GCP Applied Technologies, Calgon Carbon Corporation, LANXESS Corporation (North America) and Bayer Chemicals Corporation (North America). He started his career with Bayer in Pittsburgh and held a number of global marketing roles with Bayer both in the United States and Germany.
