Kent Callahan

Kent Callahan has been an industry leader in the $30 trillion dollar U.S. retirement industry serving in leadership positions on multiple industry boards as well as speaking at dozens of conferences nationally & internationally.

Mr. Callahan successfully led multiple substantial businesses over the course of his career. Most recently, Kent served as CEO of Transamerica's Workplace Solutions business with +3,000 employees serving providing 26,000 US businesses with retirement plan investments & operations. Workplace Solutions serviced over $250 billion of assets under administration producing +$300m in EBITDA annually. Mr. Callahan led the acquisition teams for four separate M&A deals during his career with the largest deal closing a few years ago which included the strategic acquisition of Mercer Consulting's U.S. Retirement business representing a block of $71 billion in assets with +300 large/mega corporate retirement plans.

After retiring from Transamerica in 2023, Mr. Callahan founded Shamrock Solutions LLC and currently serves on the Board of Directors of a Denver-based asset management firm and will soon launch a two-module Leadership Development Program to help mid-to-upper level managers accelerate their careers.
