Marty Mazzella is President & Owner of Ti-SALES, Inc., an independent distributor providing technical products and services to the water and wastewater industry throughout New England and New York. Previously, Marty worked in the waterworks field for Suez, Schlumberger, and Neptune Technology Group. He acquired Ti-SALES in 2018 and has led the company to record sales and profitability.

Jared B. Paquette is the founding, managing partner of Conanicut Capital. Conanicut Capital is a lower-middle market private equity firm focused on the business services sector with backing from family offices. Prior to founding Conanicut Capital, Mr. Paquette was a senior investment professional at Bunker Hill Capital, a lower-middle market private equity firm based in Boston and San Diego, for ten years where he sourced, executed, and managed private equity investments. Mr. Paquette was formerly a member of the board of Taos Mountain LLC, Rizing LLC, Dyno LLC, and ASPEQ Heating Group LLC.

Previously, Mr. Paquette was an investment professional at Nautic Partners ($4.2B AUM) and Weston Presidio ($3.3B AUM) where he focused on investing in middle market companies in a broad range of industries. Mr. Paquette also worked as an associate in the mergers and acquisitions groups of RBC Capital Markets and Tucker Anthony. Mr. Paquette holds an AB from Bowdoin College and a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Dick Simon
Sensorium Therapeutics

Dick Simon is the co-founder and CEO of Sensorium Therapeutics, a drug discovery company which is translating insights from nature to develop novel FDA-approved medicines that address various mental health conditions. He is a serial entrepreneur and leader in advancing psychedelic-assisted therapies. He is the Chairman of the Advisory Council of Center for the Neuroscience of Psychedelics at Massachusetts General Hospital, co-founder and board member of the Boston Psychedelic Research Group and is on the steering committee for the Psychedelic Science Funders Collaborative.

After September 11, 2001, Dick co-founded and led the YPO Peace Action Network which leverages personal and business relationships, resources, and expertise for conflict resolution on local and global levels. Dick’s work has earned him YPO’s Global Humanitarian Award, Harvard Business School’s Making a Difference Award, inclusion in Real Leaders magazine’s “100 Visionary Leaders” and in the “100 Most Influential People in Psychedelics” list.
