With 10+ years of EMS field experience, Alex has deep knowledge of all clinical and operational aspects of the medical industry. He founded Coastal Medical Transportation Systems (CMTS) in 2013 and grew the company staff to 120+ three years later. In 2022 CMTS announced the acquisition of Transformative Healthcare’s Massachusetts medical transportation arm, extensively growing the number of communities served.
