Joe Hellman leads the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Redpath and Company. He provides support to clients throughout the transaction life cycle, from evaluating opportunities pre-LOI to post-close net working capital true-ups and synergy assessments. Joe has experience assisting clients through buy-side and sell-side transactions, working capital negotiations and disputes, carve-outs, and preparing to sell across a variety of industries.

Cory Gaffney joined The Anderson Group in 2006. Previously, Mr. Gaffney worked in private equity at Wynnchurch Capital. In addition, Mr. Gaffney worked as an Equity Research Associate and Investment Banking Analyst with Thomas Weisel Partners and Raymond James Financial.

Cory also has previous work experience with Beacon Strategic Resourcing, a provider of Asian manufacturing outsourcing services to United States-based manufacturing and distribution companies.

Cory is a graduate of Yale University (BA) and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Josh Hamrick
Principal

As a Principal of HealthEdge, Josh is responsible for originating deals, overseeing due diligence, valuation, financing, transaction structuring, add-on acquisitions, and fundraising.

Before joining the firm, Josh was an Investment Banking analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (Truist Securities) in Atlanta, where he focused on executing sell-side and buy-side middle-market M&A transactions across the industrials, healthcare, energy, and TMT sectors.

His previous experience includes positions with Raymond James & Associates, LCG Capital, and the Executive Office of Governor Rick Scott.

Outside of work, Josh volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters Tampa and enjoys traveling, fishing, golf, and soccer. He lives in Tampa with his wife Meggie and son Eli.

Eli Minski
Principal
WM Partners

Eli Minski, Principal, joined WM Partners in 2015. He is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, as well as monitoring existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining the Management Company, Eli worked as cash manager and treasury analyst at Nutranext, LLC, where he was responsible for monitoring and forecasting net working capital and bank reporting. He was also involved with Nutranext's acquisition and integration of Nutri-Health Supplements. Prior to Nutranext, LLC, Eli worked as a financial analyst at Bayview Center for Mental Health, a non-profit community mental health center in South Florida.
