ESOPs in M&A Transactions

Presented By: Moore & Van Allen PLLC

Employee Stock Ownership Plans, or ESOPs, can be an effective way to develop an exit strategy for entrepreneurs and owners who want to preserve a company’s legacy or may not want to exit to a strategic or third-party buyer. Join a panel of ESOP-owned company leaders, PE firm leaders, and M&A advisors as they share case studies, best practices, and insight on how to ply ESOPS in both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Following a 40-minute panel discussion you will have the opportunity to meet the speakers and ask questions during a 20-minute video Q&A session.
