Ravi is a Principal at McNally Capital, where he focuses on evaluating and executing direct private equity investments and supporting portfolio companies. Prior to joining McNally, he was a Senior Associate at Flexis Capital, a New York-based private equity firm. Ravi began his career as an investment banking analyst at Moelis & Company, where he focused on M&A and restructuring transactions across industries. He received a BSc in finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. Ravi is Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors for Ballet Chicago, a professional-track school of ballet. He also trains and competes in powerlifting with USA Powerlifting and, as a state referee, supports the availability of drug-tested powerlifting competitions in the United States. He previously served as an Auxiliary Police Officer with the New York City Police Department, Patrol Borough Manhattan South Command.
