Michelle Moreno

Michelle Moreno leads the investment banking activities of VentureDNA, which provides capital raising, M&A, and strategic advisory services primarily to growth companies across sectors, with a focus on Technology and Life Sciences. Previously, Michelle worked with companies ranging from the largest public companies to established emerging growth companies. She is past president of CFA Chicago and Chicago Finance Exchange and also served as Alderman and Head of the Audit Committee for the City of Lake Forest.
