Kevin is a corporate lawyer who solves problems and assists clients with complex commercial transactions. Kevin has focused his practice on the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private offerings. Kevin also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including: master supply/service agreements; distribution agreements; reseller agreements; development and licensing agreements; and manufacturing agreements. Most recently, he has leveraged his transactional experience to assist clients in the cannabis industry.
Thomas is Director with ORBA’s Tax Department, he is adept in all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and recapitalizations for corporations, limited liability companies and other flow-through and disregarded entities. He helps clients minimize the tax impact on acquisitions and investments so they can achieve maximum value from their transactions.
