Mr. Hogan is a Managing Director at Shorehill Capital and helped found the firm. Rob has over 20 years of private equity experience and he currently leads the Business Development team at Shorehill Capital.
Prior to his time at Shorehill he spent 15 years at CHS Capital investing in and managing industrial and distribution companies. Prior to joining CHS he was employed by Lehman Brothers, Inc. (1997-2000).
Rob currently serves on the Board of Directors of Functional Devices, Inc. He previously served on the boards of directors of Belt Power Holdings LLC; Fortiline, Inc.; Houston Wire & Cable Company (NASDAQ: HWCC); Kele, Inc.; Stronghaven, Inc.; SunSource Holdings, Inc.; and NorthStar Group Holdings, LLC. He holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University.
He and his wife Mary live in the western suburbs of Chicago and have four children.
