With Tenex and Oxbow being the primary financial backing they also have continued to provide sound operating advising to the portfolio, and they began this venture when they closed their first acquisition Anderson Air in Wilmington, North Carolina in 2023. Since then, CHS has gone on to acquire 21 new partners with over 600+ employees in 7 states amassing over 170m+ in revenue and still growing.

Before her investment career, Imola worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company's Private Equity Practice and as a Consultant at Deloitte.

Imola holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School, a Master of Science degree from HEC Paris, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Corvinus University of Budapest. Imola is originally from Hungary and now lives in Dallas.
