Chris is the co-founder and CEO of Class VI Partners, a financial services firm in Denver providing investment banking, wealth management, and exit planning services. Class VI surrounds a business owner with expert counsel and advice necessary to plan their ultimate transition with discipline, experience, and a proven process. Chris has over 35 years of experience and has managed over 100 transactions representing over $3B in value. Prior to Class VI, Chris was a founder and president of Expanets, the country's largest ($1.2B) value added reseller of communications equipment, which was sold to Avaya in 2003. Chris is a graduate of Harvard Law School, although he claims he is "fully recovered."
