Mr. Hester is President & CEO of LM Manufacturing, LLC. Established in 2019, LM Manufacturing, LLC is a joint venture between LAN Manufacturing Group (LMG) and Magna Seating North America. LMG is wholly owned by Sylvester Hester, a 30-year veteran automotive, aerospace supply chain executive with substantial experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, and business development. Hester holds a Master of Science in Administration degree, with concentration in leadership, from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering with emphasis in polymer chemistry from Ferris State University.
