Dwayne Hyzak

Dwayne is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN), a publicly-traded investment company with over $6.7 billion of capital under management and investments in almost 200 different companies. Mr. Hyzak also serves as a member of the Main Street management team’s executive and investment committees. Dwayne joined Main Street in 2002 as one of the founding members of the firm and has helped grow the firm from $100 million of capital under management in 2002, through its initial public offering in 2007 and to almost $7 billion of capital under management today.

Mr. Hyzak also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of MSC Income Fund, Inc., an investment company that is managed by MSC Adviser I, LLC, Main Street’s wholly owned portfolio company and a registered investment adviser.

Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Hyzak was a Director of Integration with Quanta Services, Inc. (NYSE: PWR), which provides specialty contracting services to the power, natural gas and telecommunications industries, where he was principally focused on the company’s mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance activities and helped execute numerous acquisitions for Quanta as part of its acquisition growth strategy. Previously, Mr. Hyzak, a certified public accountant, was a Manager with Arthur Andersen in its Transaction Advisory Services group and Assurance practice. Mr. Hyzak currently serves on the board of directors of Child Advocates, a non-profit organization that trains and supports advocates to serve the interests of abused or neglected children in the greater Houston area.
