Dean also serves on the board of Moore Holding Company, an Employee-Owned organization actively engaged in M&A across the engineering & technology space.

Kurt Radermacher is the 3rd generation Owner and CEO of Pump & Meter Service, and Vice Chairman of Lakeshore Family Partners. Pump & Meter has been in business for over 90 years and is one of the oldest family-owned petroleum equipment businesses in the United States. The Company is a petroleum/Automotive/EV Charging equipment distribution, construction and service company headquartered in Hopkins, MN with locations in Rochester – MN, Chippewa Falls – WI, and Duluth – MN.

After graduating from Purdue, Kurt worked in all aspects of the business prior to purchasing the business and becoming CEO in 2018.

Away from work, Kurt enjoys spending time on the lake with his wife, Lauren, and son Beckham (6).
