Caleb Schmidt

Caleb is a committed teammate and partner and has a proven track record of securing successful outcomes in both the military and in business. He served in the US military as a US Navy SEAL.

After completing his time in the Navy, Caleb worked as a product and segment marketer in the Institutional division at Ecolab, managing $300mm+ portfolios with responsibility for defining the product and segment strategies and driving overall growth. He has worked extensively with operations and logistics teams to optimize cost and has been instrumental in crafting and launching new product offerings.

Caleb completed his MBA at the Carlson School of Management where he was president of the Veterans club. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota with a double major in Genetics and Neuroscience.
