In 2013 his wife, Sarah, acquired Midwest Fire Equipment & Repair Company, a designer/manufacturer of fire trucks. Dean also serves on the board of Moore Holding Company, an Employee-Owned organization actively engaged in M&A across the engineering & technology space.
