Michael Minsberg is a member of the third generation of his family business, Creative Lighting, Inc. He has 40 years of experience in the retail and wholesale lighting industry, and 22 years of experience in the online lighting and furniture sector.
Michael recently completed selling Creative Lighting to Bellacor.com, an online company with overlapping, but not identical, ownership. Michael has been Chair of the Bellacor board since its inception. Bellacor had been discussing a beta site to experiment with the clicks and mortar model that has succeeded in many other industries. The timing became right for both companies in mid 2022,so the transaction ensued.
Michael can discuss the gamut of experiences he went through, from trepidation to satisfaction, knowing that his family's business will continue through Bellacor.
