Riley Newsome

Riley Newsome is a Director within the Transaction Advisory Services team at Baker Tilly and has been with the firm since 2017. In his role on the Transaction Services team, Riley leads buy side and sell side quality of earnings engagements for private equity, strategic, and lender clients. Key areas of expertise include quality of earnings studies, quality of assets/net working capital, purchase agreement support, pro-forma financial statement preparation, profitability analysis, carve-out analyses, and forecasting and financial reporting evaluations. Prior to joining Baker Tilly in 2017, Riley worked at a Big 4 accounting firm performing financial statement audits for publicly traded companies in the consumer products and technology industries.
