Doug Owen

Doug joined Petra in 2004 and has nearly 20 years of private equity experience investing in and advising high growth companies. Doug plays an active role in all aspects of the firm’s investment origination, structuring, diligence, and portfolio monitoring efforts. Doug has been involved in 24 private company investments across four Petra funds. He has served as a director or board observer with a dozen Petra portfolio companies and currently sits on the boards of Shipley Associates and Keystone Foam.
