Lisa, a Certified Public Accountant, brings over 25 years of experience in public accounting and healthcare to her role as leader of LBMC’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. She is responsible for the firm’s transaction advisory service delivery to the firm’s clients across all industry segments. Lisa has 20 years of experience leading M&A transaction services teams for both strategic and financial buyers. She has led and managed assurance and advisory services for companies, including not-for-profit, for-profit private and public entities. Her transaction experience includes leading multi-functional M&A teams serving on transactions ranging in size from several million to over $7 billion dollars. She has assisted companies with many completed or proposed transactions across healthcare industry sectors, including acute care hospitals, surgical facilities, long-term care, home health, hospice, skilled nursing facilities, disease management, dialysis clinics, laboratory services, managed care, multi-specialty physician practices, physician and mid-level staffing services, pharmaceutical services, HMO, PPO, and behavioral healthcare, and in manufacturing, distribution, technology and other industries. Prior to joining LBMC, Lisa was a managing director in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s National Life Sciences & Health Care M&A Transaction Services Practice.

Travis is the President of Contessa, a segment of Amedisys (NSDQ: AMED) focused on high-acuity homecare programs including hospital at home and palliative care. Travis founded Contessa in 2015 with Martin Ventures and served as CEO, leading the company from formation to its sale to Amedisys in 2021.  Prior to Contessa, Travis was the Chief Investment Officer of Martin Ventures, a healthcare-focused venture fund. Before joining Martin Ventures, Travis served as Vice President of Development for Vanguard Health Systems, where he focused on leading the diligence efforts for acute care and ambulatory acquisitions. Travis was also a member of the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Signal Hill Capital and worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.

Chris is a Partner at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Chris’ responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating and enabling the growth of Shore healthcare investments. Chris is on the Board of Directors of Assembly, SENTA, PartnerCare, Great Lakes Dental, Southern Orthodontic, OMS360, Triumph Orthopedics and Empower Aesthetics and formerly EyeSouth.

 

Randy Overton

Randy has over 20 years of experience and is a CPA (inactive).  He has held senior leadership roles within multiple high growth PE backed companies including Renal Advantage, NaviHealth, Aspire Health, PhyNet Dermatology, and Fast Pace Health, which range from multi-site providers to risk taking organizations working with health plans and their members.  The ability to be a part of companies changing the healthcare landscape while creating shareholder value is a passion having been a part of over 20+ transactions including 4 exits to publicly traded organizations.  Randy currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Fast Pace Health operating over 230 clinics encompassing urgent care, primary care, orthopedics, dermatology, behavioral health, physical therapy, and telehealth in 6 states.
