She has represented clients in a broad range of industries, including consumer products and services, health and wellness, apparel and accessories, food and beverage, software and technology, medical equipment, industrial manufacturing, and advertising.
Randi joined Morrison Cohen in 2005. She was previously an associate in Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP's capital markets group.

Ms. Seltzer is Managing Partner and Founder of Pontiva Healthcare Partners. She has spent 25 years in the healthcare industry and has invested over $550M, resulting in 9 IPOs and M&A exits of $6.9B. Previously, she was a Partner at Gurnet Point Capital, where she led growth equity investments, and at Aisling Capital, a life sciences investment firm. Notable investments include Aimmune Therapeutics (acquired by Nestle Health Sciences), Durata Therapeutics (acquired by Actavis), Miramar Labs (acquired by Sientra), Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Reneo Pharmaceuticals (merged with OnKure), and ZELTIQ Aesthetics (acquired by Allergan).
Prior to Aisling, Ms. Seltzer was an operator at Schering-Plough, where she held roles in business development, marketing and sales, and at Akceli, a biotechnology company developing cell-based microarrays. Ms. Seltzer began her career as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company. She received her M.B.A. from Wharton and an M.S. / B.S. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale.
