From aligning personal and financial goals before a deal to navigating wealth, reinvestment, and purpose afterward, panelists share insights on how to approach liquidity events with clarity, discipline, and long-term perspective.

Robert DiDiano

Robert DiDiano is the Private Banking East Regional Manager for CIBC Private Wealth. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the private banking platform and strategy from Boston to Atlanta. With over 30 years of experience, Robert plays an influential role in driving business impact in the region, and his team serves as a gateway to vast global capabilities to the families they serve. Robert delivers intergenerational wealth guidance to his team and to the area’s largest and most successful families, C-suite executives and prominent entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining CIBC, Robert was a market leader and then a managing director private banker at JP Morgan Private Bank, initially overseeing a relationship management team, then eventually moving into a managing director private banker role serving his direct ultra-high net worth clients in the New York marketplace. Previously, Robert served as the New York City regional managing director for Wells Fargo Private Bank. Other senior management roles include head of banking and lending at RBC Wealth Management US and head of lending at both Barclays Private Bank US and Coutts Bank London in New York City.

A graduate of Kent State University, Robert served on the board of directors for its foundation for many years.  In 2020, he joined the board of the MCC Theater Company, one of New York City’s prestigious and critically acclaimed, not-for-profit Off-Broadway playhouses.

Adam Cook

Mr. Cook is a co-founder and Chief Investment Officer at Culper Capital Partners (“CCP”).

Before co-founding Culper Capital Partners, he served as Majority Shareholder, Chairman & CEO of Glebar Company (“Glebar”), a role which he held from April 2013 to March 2020. Under Mr. Cook’s leadership, Glebar, a diversified industrial and niche medical machinery and aftermarket solutions business, grew revenue and EBITDA substantially. In March of 2020, Glebar was sold to Arcline Investment Management, a $4 billion growth-oriented private equity fund, driving significant value for management and shareholders. Adam continues to advise the Company on strategic organic growth opportunities and acquisition targeting.

Before Glebar, Mr. Cook was the Head of Investment Banking for Phoenix Capital Resources, a national boutique focused on middle market mergers and acquisitions and private placement transactions. At Phoenix, Adam worked with many family- and entrepreneur-owned businesses to help them effectuate and complete mergers, sales or raise capital. Prior to Phoenix, Mr. Cook held senior positions with firms focused on M&A, capital raising, financing restructurings, and other transaction advisories. In 2012, Adam was awarded the distinguished “40 Under 40” Award from the M&A Advisor.

Mr. Cook holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. Adam sits on the Board of Directors of Medical Manufacturing Technologies, The Producto Group, and various not-for-profit organizations.

Gregory Leibert is a founder and CEO with 25 years of experience building and scaling businesses across media, manufacturing, and sustainability. He founded and led Mesmerize, a point of care and out of home media company that completed two successful private equity backed transactions. He is currently Founder and CEO of Cullet, a company building local glass reuse and recycling infrastructure.

Meahgan Martin
Head of Business Development & Capital Markets
Palladium Equity Partners

Meahgan is the Head of Business Development and Capital Markets for Palladium Equity Partners. Prior to Palladium, Meahgan was Vice President and Head of Global Business Development for KPS Mid-Cap. Meahgan also serves as a limited partner for Dash Fund – a micro-cap venture capital fund looking to invest in the next phase of industry leading entrepreneurs. As Head of Business Development, her primary focus is on new investment generation and intermediary, founder, executive and corporate relationship management across North America and Europe. Furthermore, Meahgan assists portfolio companies with add-on acquisition strategy development and the sourcing of tuck-in opportunities.
