Shaun Levor is a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. His practice focuses on advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on a broad range of transactions, including buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, minority investments, restructurings, joint ventures and other complex strategic transactions and investments. Shaun has experience counseling clients in a wide variety of industries, with particular emphasis on technology, health care, business services, consumer goods, industrials, hospitality and infrastructure.

Michael Livanos is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Altair Industries. Previously, he was a founding member of Stellex Capital Management since its formation in 2014. Mr. Livanos's prior board roles have included A Stucki, Continental Global Material Handling, Custom Glass Solutions, Fenix Parts, and Ferroworks.

Prior to Stellex, Mr. Livanos focused on restructuring and turnarounds at Barclays and Houlihan Lokey and worked with the senior management team at Citigroup's Corporate Headquarters.

Mr. Livanos holds a BS in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon and MBA from Columbia Business School. He served on the alumni advisory board of Carnegie Mellon's School of Computer Science and remains active within Columbia Business School's Private Equity Program.

Previously Beth served on the board of Safeguard Scientifics (NASDAQ:SFE) and was also chair of its Audit Committee.

Mark Mintman is a finance executive and business leader serving as Chief Financial Officer of Kids2, a global infant and juvenile products company behind brands including Baby Einstein, Bright Starts, Ingenuity, Summer, and SwaddleMe. Based in Atlanta, Mark leads the company’s global finance organization and plays a key role in strategic growth initiatives, operational transformation, supply chain strategy, and long-term value creation.

Before joining Kids2 in 2019, Mark held senior finance leadership roles at Daikin and General Electric, where he developed deep expertise across FP&A, manufacturing finance, operations, and business transformation. His career has been defined by a blend of analytical rigor, operational mindset, and entrepreneurial thinking, particularly within consumer products and global manufacturing environments.

Mark earned his MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from University of Louisville. Outside of work, Mark is a husband and father of four. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and staying active in the Atlanta community.
