Marco Stegmaier

At Moth Quantum, we build pioneering and game changing quantum products for the Entertainment and Media (E&M) industries. Part of the co-founding team and as the CFO & COO, and Head of Switzerland, I build and manage the company's core operations and finance, while supporting on strategy development, business development, and fundraising.

Previously, as the Senior Vice President at Barons Capital Partners, I lead the strategic planning and execution of business development and key account management for our global clients and related services including private capital markets transactions, M&A, and strategic business advisory within private capital markets. I lead business development activities, client and investor relations, and internal team coordination ensuring high-quality service, execution, and communication. I have over 9 years of experience in the financial services industry, including founding GM Gastronomic Group, a successful restaurant management chain, and co-founding Lakeside Pictures, a film production company in Switzerland and UK. I leverage my entrepreneurial, strategic, and business management expertise, and my analytical and communication skills to deliver innovative solutions and insights that drive value and growth for our clients and our firm.
