Robert Tucker

For over 30 years, Mr. Tucker has established a distinguished career in private equity, having served as managing partner at Heartwood Partners since 2004. He was one of the founding partners that developed the firm’s distinctive investment strategy utilizing a lower-debt, cash-yielding buy-out model focused on family and management-owned businesses. Mr. Tucker was previously a managing director at Saugatuck Capital and a managing director at Rutledge Capital. His early career includes his tenure as a senior associate at Barclays Capital and an associate with Brown Brothers Harriman. Mr. Tucker's earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Middlebury College.
