Dan is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Palm Peak Capital, serves on its Investment & Executive Committee, and has been engaged in private equity and corporate finance for 20 years. Prior to founding Palm Peak in 2024, Dan was a Partner and Senior Managing Director at Sun Capital Partners leading the North American business services sector investment team.
During his time at Sun Capital, Dan worked on dozens of transactions, across industrial and services verticals including industrial technology, packaging, healthcare services, and facility services. Representative investments include Aclara Technologies, Innocor, SOS Security, Platinum Dermatology Partners, among others.
Prior to joining Sun Capital, Dan worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Miami, FL where he was a part of the Transaction Services Team. He graduated from Suffolk University, currently serves on the Dean’s Cabinet and was elected to their Athletic Hall of Fame (basketball). Dan currently resides in Boca Raton, FL with his wife, two daughters, and a dog, and spends most of his free time watching his daughters play volleyball.
