Chris Parisi

Chris Parisi is a Partner and Head of M&A at CMA, where he advises middle-market business owners on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and other strategic transactions. His primary industry focus is Industrial Technology, Consumer, and Business Services, working primarily with founder- and family-owned companies.

Chris has more than 25 years of experience advising, investing in, and working with middle-market businesses. Prior to CMA, he held senior roles at FPG Advisory, Jefferies & Company, KeyBanc Capital Markets, The Blackstone Group, and Ernst & Young.

Chris earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant and FINRA Registered Representative.
