Justin is Regional Head (East) of Winston Taylor’s M&A/Private Equity Practice and also Co-Chair of the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry Group and has extensive experience in behavioral health, physician practice management, home health, wellness, and other healthcare services businesses. In addition to his healthcare and life sciences experience, Justin has deep expertise across a variety of industries including industrial and business services, aerospace and defense, environmental services, food and beverage, consumer products, marketing and media, technology, transportation and logistics, financial services, construction, and hospitality.
