Chris Parcell is the Chief Financial Officer of Sunstar Insurance Group and a member of the Sunstar Insurance Group Executive Committee.

He has over 25 years of finance and accounting experience serving companies in both publicly traded and privately held companies.

He received his BBA in Accounting from James Madison University and is a Missouri-licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

John currently serves as a General Partner at Cultivation Capital and a Director for several venture and private equity backed technology companies. John’s most recent operational experience was the SVP Field Operations at Guidewire, the leading Insuretech software firm entering the public markets in 2012. In the 20 years prior to Guidewire, John held executive sales and general management positions at four category defining technology companies: Fortify (HP), Equallogic (Dell), Ariba (SAP), and PTC.

Managing Partner
ArchStar Capital, LLC

Pete is a Managing Partner of ArchStar Capital and has 25+ years of Private Equity experience. Before starting ArchStar, Pete was a Managing Director at Thompson Street Capital Partners, the Director of Business Development at Builders FirstSource, and a consultant with Bain & Company. Pete attended the MBA program at Washington University as a Woods Scholar.
