With over 15 years of experience in corporate law and commercial real estate development, Lauren Barnett brings a deeply informed and practical perspective to her role at Hartman Simons. Prior to joining the firm, she served as in-house counsel for a private equity firm, where she advised her team on a wide range of complex real estate investments and development projects, with a particular emphasis on multifamily housing and development in renewable energy.

Her practice focuses on private equity-driven commercial real estate development, private debt and equity placement, corporate governance, business formations and compliance.
