Charles is a seasoned private equity CFO with deep expertise in finance transformation, M&A execution, and value creation. Most recently, he served as CFO of ExperiGreen Lawncare, where he helped deliver a highly successful enterprise sale transaction in December 2024 and the combination with Turfmasters Brands in December 2025 to create one of the nation’s largest lawn care providers. He has completed two successful enterprise sale transactions and dozens of add-on acquisitions across multiple private equity-backed platforms.
