Ed Snow is a partner at the law firm Burr & Forman representing banks and private equity/credit funds in middle market finance transactions. Ed is a fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers and has recently published “Sealed According to Law: The First Loan Closings in Antiquity” in The Banking Law Journal.
