Erek Mimms

Erek was exposed to commercial real estate before he learned how to walk. He comes from a commercial real estate family and is a 4th Generation commercial real estate professional that has experienced all aspects of the business. Erek has both extensive property management and construction experience. He has worked on a variety of construction projects, from small to large ground up construction projects. Erek has a keen eye for inspecting and evaluating commercial properties, to determine what is working and what needs to be addressed. Erek earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Berry College, and is a licensed Conditioned Air Contractor in Georgia and South Carolina.

Erek and his wife, Amanda, live in Alpharetta with their three daughters and two sons. They are involved with Gracepoint church, in Cherokee, Georgia, where Erek serves as a deacon. When not at work, he and his wife enjoy raising livestock and gardening.
