Mac Tisdale is President, Mid-Atlantic Region for First National Bank. With strong and relevant experience, Mac joined First National Bank in January 2013 as President of the Bank’s Maryland Region. In addition to coordinating Corporate and Business Banking and the overall business strategy in the Bank’s Mid-Atlantic Region, Tisdale manages the integration of sales by Retail Banking, Investment Real Estate, Asset Based Lending, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment and Insurance professionals.
Prior to joining First National Bank, Tisdale served for 12 years with SunTrust Bank in Baltimore, Maryland, as Market President and Commercial Banking Manager.
Tisdale earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Maryland’s Johns Hopkins University, as well as a B.A. in Economics from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. Currently, he serves as a member of the board of directors for the Greater Washington Board of Trade, the executive committee of the Greater Baltimore Committee, Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, Living Calssrooms and Junior Achievement. He is also Chairman of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Maryland Chapter. In addition, he is also the past president of both the Maryland Chapter of Association for Corporate Growth and Washington and Lee University’s Alumni Association, Baltimore Chapter.

Pete Buzy is an industry veteran, who led one of the fastest expanding Mid- Atlantic Biotech companies. Having joined Paragon Bioservices in 2014 as an investor and Chief Operating Officer, he later moved into the role of President & Chief Executive Officer and Board member. His expertise in building strong and focused leadership teams and growing emerging technology companies was instrumental in the value creation of Paragon, which resulted in its purchase by Catalent (NYSE: CTLT) in 2019 for $1.2B one of the largest PE backed transactions in the region over the past decade.
Prior to joining Paragon, Pete spent more than 13 years as a senior executive at Martek Biosciences Corporation (NASDAQ: MATK), a leader in the innovation, development, production, and sale of high-value products from microbial sources. He played a key role in transforming Martek’s business from an R&D company to a fully integrated and profitable commercial organization, setting the stage for Martek’s sale to Royal DSM NV in 2011 for $1.1B.
Pete is currently an Advisory Partner with NewSpring Capital and is also on the board of several healthcare companies.

Steve Prichett has nearly two decades of strategic advisory and operational experience in the technology, aerospace, defense, and government services industry and extensive transactional expertise in middle-market mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Evergreen, he was a Partner at Vicour Holdings where he helped acquire, manage, and operate middle-market companies. Steve was a Principal with Stifel Nicolaus/Legg Mason for eight years where he provided investment banking services primarily to IT service companies and federal government contractors. His executed deal value is over $2.3 billion through a range of transactions including representing buyers and sellers, raising private capital and raising public equity.
Prior to earning his MBA at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, Steve worked as an economic development consultant with the International Finance Corporation and the Soros Foundation in several locations, including Mongolia and Belarus.

David Valentiner is a Director of Interest Rate Management at First National Bank (FNB). In his role, David is responsible for overseeing FNB’s interest rate risk management services in North and South Carolina, supporting clients through a variety of derivative solutions.
With 25 years of financial services experience, David joined FNB in 2017 following its acquisition of Yadkin Bank. Prior to joining FNB, David was a Director of Commodity Risk Management at Fifth Third Bank, Vice President of Capital Markets at Sovereign Bank in Philadelphia and served in different risk management and investment banking roles with Bank of America in Charlotte, London and New York City.
David is a graduate of Davidson College and is a holder of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and Energy Risk Professional (ERP) designations.
